2. Subject

These Terms govern the relationship between Vassilevski Solutions EOOD (the "Merchant") and the users of notsoflowers.com (the "Site") concerning the sale of handmade soap flowers, candles, and related items.

3. Definitions

• •"Customer" — any natural person placing an order through the Site.
• •"Merchant" — Vassilevski Solutions EOOD.
• •"Site" — notsoflowers.com.
• •"Order" — an electronic statement by the Customer to purchase goods from the Site.
• •"Contract" — the distance sale contract concluded between the Customer and the Merchant.

4. Account and Ordering

The Customer may place an order with or without registering an account. An order is placed by selecting products and providing the required delivery information. The contract between the Customer and the Merchant is considered concluded at the moment the Merchant sends an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer.

5. Prices

All prices on the Site are in Euro (EUR), VAT included where applicable. Prices in other currencies are displayed for convenience and calculated at current exchange rates. Delivery costs are shown separately before order confirmation. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

6. Payment

Payment is made via cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment from the courier — Econt or Speedy. We do not accept card payments on the Site.

7. Delivery

• •Deliveries within Bulgaria are carried out by Econt Express or Speedy, typically within 1–3 business days of dispatch.
• •International deliveries are only available upon individual request, with terms agreed case by case.
• •Delivery costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• •Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon receipt of the shipment.

8. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, pursuant to Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ZZP). The right of withdrawal is exercised by an explicit statement sent to [email protected], which may be made using the standard withdrawal form in Annex 6 to the ZZP.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (Art. 57 ZZP):

• •Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection — this applies to our soap flowers and candles once their packaging has been opened (Art. 57, item 5 ZZP).
• •Used candles (lit/burned) — as they are no longer in their original condition.
• •Goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized (Art. 57, item 3 ZZP).

9. Return Conditions

• •Goods must be returned within 14 days of declaring withdrawal.
• •Goods must be in their original packaging, unsealed, and unused.
• •Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
• •Refunds are made via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

10. Conformity of Goods

The Merchant is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods existing at the time of delivery and manifesting within 2 years of delivery, in accordance with Art. 112–115 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. The Merchant does not provide any additional commercial warranty beyond the statutory rights of the Customer.

11. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a description of the non-conformity and photographs where applicable. The Merchant commits to respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

12. Liability

The Merchant exercises reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Site but does not warrant that it is exhaustive or error-free. The Merchant is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the products (e.g. improper burning of candles).

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — texts, images, logo, design — is the property of Vassilevski Solutions EOOD and is protected by the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act. Reproduction without express written consent is prohibited.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.

15. Changes to these Terms

The Merchant reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Orders placed before any change are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the order.
